My mandala was made using 3.5mm crochet hook and approximately 400m of
Berry The Hatchet, Cup-cakes series🧁, mandala yarn cake.
To be more specific, I had a 250m yarn cake and I've used additionally about 130m of yarn donor of last colour.
I have used a 65cm diameter hoop from:

(order your hoop when your mandala is ready, so you know which size to get)
The finished size will depend on the yarn cake’s ply and the crochet hook size you choose.
My lovely tester used a 2.5 mm crochet hook; her mandala fits a 45 cm diameter hoop, and she used approximately 300m of a 3 ply mandala cake.
Pattern contains 4 pages with charts which are explaining how to make this mandala. Total number of pages is 7.
There is no step by step written instruction.
Chart reading ability is a must.
